verdana;">Kuhane maline dodatno propasirajte vilicom , maknite sa štednjaka, pa u njih umiješajte želatinu dok se sva ne otopi.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">pripremljeni tanjur ili posudu promjera 26 cm obložite prozirnom folijom.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Izlijte pire od malina i ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi da se ohladi, a zatim stavite u zamrzivač.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Za čokoladni mousse čokoladu kuhajte u mlijeku dok se potpuno ne otopi.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Želatinu style="font-family: verdana;">Bjelanjke istucite u čvrsti snijeg s prstohvatom soli.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Dodajte im 50 g šećera pa nastavite miksati dok se sav šećer ne otopi.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">pjenjačom umutite žumanjke s preostalih 10 g šećera i otopljenim maslacem.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Polako umiješajte u snijeg od bjelanjaka.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Na kraju nježno umiješajte brašno pomiješano s tostiranim, mljevenim lješnjacima.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Ulijte u kalup i pecite 15-18 minuta.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Ohladite.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Odvojite biskvit od kalupa pa kalup operite.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Sada na dno čistog kalupa stavite biskvit, pa na njega čokoladni mousse a na mousse žele od mlijeko i med pa zagrijavajte do vrenja.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Želatinu pomiješajte sa 6 žlica hladne vode i ostavite da nabubri 10-ak minuta.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Smjesu vrhnja maknite s vatre pa umiješajte želatinu i miješajte dok se sva ne otopi.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Panna cottu ohladite do sobne temperature ali pazite da se ne počne prejako stiskati.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Tortu izvadite iz hladnjaka pa preko nje prelijte panna cottu.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Vratite u hladnjak da se u potpunosti stisne.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Za glazuru želatinu pomiješajte s vodom i ostavite da nabubri.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Vodu, šećer, vrhnje za šlag, mlijeko i kakao pomiješajte pjenjačom da dobijte jednoličnu smjesu.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Kuhajte na umjerenoj vatri dok se šećer ne otopi.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Maknite s vatre pa umiješajte želatinu i čokoladu i miješajte dok se ne otopi.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Dobivenu glazuru procijedite kroz cijedilo.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Ohladite glazuru do sobne temperature jer ako bude prevruća otopit će tortu.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: verdana;">Tortu izvadite iz hladnjaka pa odstranite obruč kalupa.</span></div><div><span style="font-family:
